- 4Meningitis vaccination certificate (Quadrivalent ACYW-135, valid 3 years)
- 5COVID-19 vaccination (as per current year requirements)
- 6Medical fitness certificate from approved panel physician
- 7Women must have a Mahram (male guardian)
- 8Hajj Fee deposit slip (for Government scheme)
Important Notes
Pakistan's annual Hajj quota is allocated by Saudi government (~179,000 pilgrims). Government and Private Hajj schemes available. Government scheme is cheaper but lottery-based. Private scheme offers better accommodation.
