Requirements & Documents
- 1Sponsor must hold valid UAE residence visa (employee, investor, or property owner)
- 2Sponsor must earn minimum AED 4,000/month (or AED 3,000 + accommodation)
- 3Marriage certificate (Urdu Nikah Nama + English translation, attested: MOFA Pakistan → UAE Embassy → MOFA UAE)
- 4Birth certificates for children (attested same chain)
- 5Tenancy contract (Ejari) in sponsor's name
- 6Medical fitness test for adult dependents
- 7Emirates ID application
- 8Valid passport
Important Notes
Can sponsor spouse (any age), sons (up to 25), unmarried daughters (any age), parents (with higher salary requirement). New rules allow longer-term family visas.
