- 1Valid marriage certificate (Nikah Nama with English translation + NADRA marriage certificate)
- 2Sponsor must earn at least £29,000/year (or savings)
- 3Proof of genuine relationship (photos, communication, visits)
- 4Adequate accommodation in the UK
- 5English language requirement (CEFR A1 for first application)
- 6Tuberculosis test certificate
- 7Valid passports for both applicant and sponsor
Important Notes
Financial requirement increased to £38,700 for applications from 2024. Path to ILR after 5 years.
